The company was fine with me returning the beautifully packaged set. I included a copy of my invoice and my letter of why I was returning it and sent it back Priority Mail. This is where it all goes south. Greensmoke never credited my account with the over $200 I paid them. I looked up the tracking and found they were left a paper on a Saturday for the package. I sent them an email and they went to the post office where the package couldn't be found, so they were told it must have been sent back to me. To this day I have not received it back and this was last summer! I called the post office here and they called the one in Miami where Greensmoke is located. The carrier for that address said she left it there the following Monday. She didn't, however, scan it when she left it, so I have no *proof* she actually left it. I didn't get insurance on it because I sent it Priority Mail with tracking. It never occurred to me the carrier wouldn't scan the danged thing. So the Post Office won't cover it and Greensmoke stuck by the statement from the worker in the Post Office that it was returned to me. Greensmoke KNOWS it wasn't returned to me but even though they are right there, they refused to pursue it with the Postmaster. Any company that cares about their customers and what their customers say to other POTENTIAL customers would have taken that simple step, but it gets worse than that. I was not only their customer, but an affiliate, as well. I was advertising this product everywhere.
So this company not only doesn't care much about their customers but also the people selling their products for them. If Customer Service is important to you when you make purchases, you would be best to steer clear of Greensmoke. They knew very well there was a problem with the post office and that I was getting screwed but refused to acknowledge anything but that the box was sent back to me, which they knew was not the case. Either they had the package there but knew it wasn't scanned, so I couldn't prove it so they got it AND my payment or they knew there was a problem with the Post Office and wouldn't help with that because they didn't want to be bothered. At the very least, their attitude was that it was my problem, not theirs, which is pretty shoddy customer service.
Their product is great if you don't have a sensitivity to the propylene glycol and the packaging is awesome, very classy. But the customer service is anything BUT service. Word.
